Application to admission as individual member consists of a letter submitted to the Board of Directors, containing Name and Last Name, DI, Nationality, Address, Code Zip, Province, Phone Number and e-mail or fax number.

Corporate Members

Application to admission as corporate member consists of a letter submitted to the Board of Directors, requesting the admission of the corporation or institution. The letter shall be signed by the competent authority of the corporation/institution, designating one titular member and one substitute member with their complete personal data (Name and Last Name, DI, Nationality, Address, Zip Code, Province, Phone and e-mail or Fax) and the corporation/institution address together with a declaration of the number of employees working in NDT.
