The members have the right to:

•  Use facilities and services offered by the Association for the fulfillment of the Association objectives.
•  Participate in the Assemblies with voice and vote after a minimum of 6 months membership, and in accordance with regulations established for each membership category.
•  Obtain all documentation and information originated by or related to this Association and participate in events, at special conditions established by the Board of Directors.
•  Vote and be eligible to hold any of the Association positions described in this Statute.
•  Resign when he/she considers it appropriate. Resignation may be accepted or not by the Board of Directors in its first monthly meeting. The member shall not be entitled to reclaim any contribution made since his/her incorporation to the Association.
•  File claims within a period of thirty days after the notice of the disciplinary measurements indicated in Article 10 of the present Statute has been given, for further consideration of the Board of Directors.
•  Appeal to the Ordinary Assembly held subsequent to the application of the disciplinary measurements originated by the Board of Directors.
•  Summon to Extraordinary Assembly, in accordance to Article 13º of this Statute.

Duties of members are

•  Honor all activities of the Association, as well as promote and divulge the different ENDE techniques
•  Hold the executive positions for which they are appointed, assuming the responsibilities assigned for each function.
•  Observe and enforce compliance with the articles of this Statute and the decisions of the Assembly.
•  Observe professional ethic precepts
•  Pay social dues. All member delayed in the payment of three dues is not allowed to vote or being elected for any of the positions established in the Statute.
•  Observe protection and preservation of the Association's goods.
•  Observe duty of loyalty to all actions related to the services assigned by the Association and keep the corresponding discretion or privacy over any required matter, according to its nature or specific instructions.
