What is AAENDE

AAENDE is a nonprofit Argentine Association, which involves all sectors that participate in Nondestructive and Structural Testing (ENDE).

ENDE are usually associated to production of high-added value goods, mostly indispensable within an export orientation. Moreover, the necessity to congregate the different actors in this field is particularly important at the present time, in which Argentina needs a technological support as basis for the furtherance of the domestic industry.

In order to accomplish its objectives, the Association shall:
a) Encourage the divulgation of Nondestructive and Structural Testing (ENDE) to all persons and entities interested in the different areas of production, services, training, scientific and technological research and development.

b) Facilitate an organizational framework to discuss national standardizations and their relationship with international standards.

c) To set agreements with national and international public and/or private entities, to promote scientific and technological research, training and career of human resources, technology transfer and, especially, study and research of new ENDE techniques.

d) Promote training, qualification and certification of personnel in ENDE techniques, according to national standards, for a better product and service quality, guaranteeing public, industrial and environmental safety.

e) Participate, co-operate and procure scientific and technological interchanges with other regional and international associations and/or entities.

f) Create thematic committees by sectors, i.e. aeronautics, gas, oil, siderurgy, etc.

g) Disclose and divulge all publications or documents referred to ENDE and promote studies, courses, meetings, workshops and congresses on the subject.

h) Establish guidelines and criteria for the qualification of systems, products and equipment related to these technological disciplines.

i) Carry out all actions that help to fulfil the above mentioned objectives.
The Association has full legal capacity to acquire rights, undertake obligations, administer all types of movable and immovable goods and securities, for every case or title authorized by law.

Consequently, the Association can operate with financing, banking, public or private institutions and enter into all type of actions or contracts that, according to authorities criteria, have direct or indirect relationship with the Association objectives or lead to guarantee its development and functioning.
