Instructions for poster presentation on site

• Set-Up Hours of Posters on the boards will be published in the IV PANNDT final program.

• Please stand by your poster during the poster session to answer questions. the poster time-slot will be published in the IV PANNDT final program.

• The poster session offers you an to interact with your colleagues. be aware that some attendees could read your poster outside the session, therefore the poster should work as a stand-alone object.

• The poster should be printed on white paper. Bright contrasting colors should be used. Be careful which colors you select, some people are red-green color blind and some colors do not stand out in contrast to others. The poster layout should be readable from an approximate distance of 2(two) meters (6 feet) away.

For dimensions and more detail information please refer to poster lay out file. The poster can include an envelop with authors’ business cards or personal information. If you wish, you can provide the audience with reduced size copies of the poster

• Think and design your poster as a graphic with supporting text, similar to a hoarding where the picture contains the main message. The poster should include a brief introduction, (starting in the upper left-hand corner) goals, experimental, brief conclusions, references and acknowledgements)

• Tape will be provided by AEENDE / Indexport to hang your poster. Push pins must be definitely avoided!

• Poster authors are requested to bring a copy of their manuscripts and posters in a CD or travel driver.

• It is the authors’ responsibility to remove their posters on Friday 26 October at noon.
